Hen, lobster broth in a two service with tapioca and its black trumpet mushroom and foie gras raviole,
then a chickpea minestrone and prawns, coriander pistou
Provencal flavoured Royale Seabass, stew of raw and cooked cep mushrooms,

Colvert duck perfumed in olive wood, glazed with citrus and honey,
