A program designed for amateur gourmets who are passionate about cooking and want to see haute cuisine in action, learning about all the dynamics and work involved in running a Michelin-starred restaurant. In our cellar : For 2 (min.) to 10 (max.) people.

Wine tasting in reception room or on the terrace : As an aperitif for up to 100 persons

You will be introduced to wine-tasting by our chef sommelier and sample different grape varieties (cépages) from our vast collection of 1,600 wines (nearly 17,000 bottles).

These gatherings are led by our sommeliers in French, English, or Japanese.

Rate : Starting at 65€ per person (based on vintages selected)

Introduction to perfume-making at a perfumery in Grasse.

During the workshop, you are shown how to create your very own perfume. Each participant leaves with a certificate and his or her own eau de parfum (between 50 and 100 ml).

Explore the sense of smell - 80 to 125 essences (jasmine, blackcurrant, rose, mimosa, vanilla, patchouli…)

Guided tour of the perfumery, showing the different stages of perfume-making.

This workshop can also be held at La Bastide Saint-Antoine.

Following this workshop, we offer lunch or dinner at La Bastide, with a specially-created menu with a perfume theme. This is reproduced on a gourmet platter featuring some of the aromas used during the workshop, such as thyme, rosemary, basil, lavender, jasmine, and rose, in a dish created personally by master chef Jacques Chibois.

Huile d'Olive

Tasting olive oils (30 mins)

Event: Introduction to olive oil tasting 

Participants are invited to taste and familiarize themselves with several regional olive oils

An olive oil expert visits you at La Bastide, inviting you to sample different oils and pastes, and teaches you how to decipher their character.

Or, for groups, an olive oil specialist will come on site at La Bastide.

Following this workshop, we offer lunch or dinner at La Bastide Saint-Antoine, with a special menu created around the theme of olive oil. This is reproduced on a gourmet platter personally created by the master chef, Jacques Chibois.

La Bastide Saint-Antoine, set on grounds with more than 600 ancient olive trees, produces its own olive oil.
