Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit of your total stay is requested in order to confirm your reservation.

In case of cancellation less than 15 days before your arrival, the deposit amount will not be refundable.

In case of cancellation received less than 48 hours prior your arrival the remaining 50% will be charged on your credit card details given at the time of the reservation.

Any cancellation must be notified at the reservation department by mail, fax or email.
